Our HiStory

Long before kunekunepigsforsale.net, the leading platform for KuneKune Pigs for Sale, was a reality, there was a dream. A dream of a self-sustaining lifestyle surrounded by life and love. Raising children in a world of exploration and excitement was our goal.

Kristen, our founder, was raised in a traditional city life without those freedoms. After working a typical 9-5 job for over 10 years, she and her husband embarked on a journey across several years. A new life enriched with pasture-raised KuneKune pigs.

Throughout the process of purchasing our KuneKune pigs, one thing we learned is there was a severe lack of a marketplace to buy and sell quality registered KuneKunes. The registries had their own marketplaces, but you could never really tell who you were dealing with, and quite honestly, it was hard to get ahold of breeders.
